Like most web designers we offer hosting services by purchasing ‘server space’ from large data centres and provide the support directly to our clients. Unlike most web designers we are happy to tell you this. You benefit from the latest technology and professional network management plus get direct personal support from someone who cares about your business.
The hosting services we use are provided by Clook Internet, with the servers based in a London data centre. Check them out at www.clook.co.uk if you wish. Buying & Registering Domain Names
You will need to register a new and unique domain name for your website. You can do this through one of many Domain Name registrars on the internet.

Registration usually costs about £4 p.a. for a .co.uk domain and about £12 p.a. for a .com domain. It takes 5-10 minutes to register a domain name and it will be ‘live’ on the internet within 24-28 hours.
We use 123-reg.co.uk to register domain names. Their control panel is simple to use, they have been very reliable and prices are competitive.
We recommend that clients register their own domain names. Owning your domain name and having access to the registration details ensures you are in control of your domain name.
However if you prefer we can register a domain name on your behalf. We guarantee that you own it and can transfer it to your own registration account at a future date, usually at no cost.

Email Addresses
As soon as you have a domain name and hosting arranged you can setup your own email addresses using your new business domain name. If your new domain name is e.g. www.mybusiness.co.uk, you can setup email addresses like:
