Standard Terms and Conditions
We are committed to delivering the best possible service to all our clients, and our Terms and Conditions are designed to set out clearly from the outset what we can expect from each other throughout our partnership.
Quotations: B Innovative will provide the services as detailed in the Project Specification and Quotation. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Guarantee: We don’t expect there to be any but, B Innovative will guarantee to rectify any errors or omissions in our work as per the Project Specification.
Specification changes: We are flexible in the way we work so small changes will be completed free of charge. Within reason though, more significant changes which deviate from the Project Specification will require scheduling and a quotation will be provided to detail timeframe and costs.
Client responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide B Innovative with all information and materials needed as detailed in the Project Specification. Delays and/or omissions in agreed provision could result in schedules and deadlines being put at risk.
Copyright: The client will ensure that they have permission and rights to use all images, graphics, data and files that are provided to B Innovative for delivery of the Project.
B Innovative will ensure that they have permission and rights to use all images, graphics, fonts or other material sourced by B Innovative for the Clients Project. Any third-party components sourced for the website shall be subject to their own particular licenses, if any.
Ownership: Copyright of the website design and content will belong to the Client upon full and final settlement of all Project fees.
Standards compliance: The website will be developed using the most efficient, lightweight and browser friendly CSS/XHTML standards compliant code. This ensures that your website will work on a wide range of browsers, operating systems and devices.
Design credits: Unless otherwise agreed:
A design credit linking to the B Innovative website will be added to the footer of the Clients website.
A link to promote the Clients website will be added to B Innovative’s online portfolio.
Confidentiality: Neither B Innovative nor the Client will divulge any confidential information without prior approval and for no other purpose than to complete the assigned tasks.
Hosting: All services provided by B Innovative should only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, presentation or linking to any information, data or material in violation of any United Kingdom or International laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: Copyrighted material, unsolicited commercial email “spam”, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, malware, material protected by trade secret and other statute.
Termination: The Client may terminate this agreement in writing or via email to B Innovative. The Client will be invoiced for services performed up until the receipt of termination notice. B Innovative will provide the Client with all tangible work to date. B Innovative may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice or for non-payment.
Liability: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless B Innovative from any claims resulting from the use of our products or services. The entire liability of B Innovative shall be limited to the fees paid for services provided to the Client.
Payment: Payment can be by bank transfer or cheque and is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise specified in the Quotation. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments. A Commitment Deposit of 10% is due with delivery of the signed contract. This will enable the project to be scheduled to the agreed timeframes.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by United Kingdom Law.
